Developmental Editing

Your ideas are the crux of your story, and in this early stage of the editing process, I will help you bring them into focus.

I will analyze your:

  • any other big picture elements

Beta Reading

If you’re looking for early feedback on your manuscript, beta reading is the perfect choice. I’ll offer honest and constructive comments from a reader’s perspective.

I’ll also provide comments on particular elements you’d like me to focus on. This could be anything from dialogue to world building—or both!

To ensure the information presented in your is piece accurate, I will research the facts that appear in your content against multiple reliable sources, correcting errors and flagging issues that can't be confirmed.

I’ll read your manuscript to ensure the language, characters, and general content are free from bias toward and misrepresentation of the LGBTQ+ community, particularly from a lesbian woman’s perspective.

I do not speak for everyone in the community, but my lived experiences and understanding of the literary industry will offer insight into creating respectful, diverse content.
